I've been getting adverts that say they are from. . . ME! My own e-mail address is listed as the sender.

Somebody who can change the marker for originating an e-mail has gotten mine, possibly from my own e-mail address book. For all I know, they could be sending e-mails to other people under my identity.

What are my options?

The e-mail address is my long-time former dial-up ISP, from juno.com
