Right Click on a blank area on the taskbar and ensure that "Lock The Taskbar" is unchecked. Then click in a the blank area around the "Start Button" and drag it to the position you want.

Hello

My taskbar has flipped over to the right of the desktop, no matter what I try I cannot change its position to the bottom of the screen.

Can anyone help me with this. I have tried dragging but nothing seems to work
