I wonder if they were allowed to keep the puppy. Who leaves a 4 year old in the bathroom with a little puppy by themselves?

I saw that in tha paper. Poor wee mite. Just shows you shouldn't leave children alone with puppies. Mind, the kid was really old enough to know better.
