A few years ago we had a full size Blue and Gold Macaw called Harry.

Janet I won't frighten you with tales of Harry's epics, it might make you want to exchange your bird for a Gold fish lol. waveysmileywaveysmileywaveysmiley

If Seven is seen leafing through a catalogue of "Acme Products" (rocket roller skates, dynamite with fuses, etc.), watch out!

Well, things continue...

Up till a few days ago, there was a king size mattress (on its side) in the dining room - and the cat would scale this when I was getting the bird out.

Today, I heard the *wonderful* ladies who come and clean for me, laughing a lot in the dining room - apparently the cat, bereft of the mattress, had climbed the bird cage (which is vaguely like this - and was sitting on top of it, a good 6 feet up!

The bird is going to take a bit out of her if she keeps that up - oh, wel, she'll learn!

Gosh - I bet the cat is re-appraising its attitude to feathered objects  Glad there is no damage

Glad you are all ok. Holly has a cockateil not sure how to spell it and he is a biter. They don't want to let go either. Maybe this is a good thing about the bird attacking the cat because the cat might have more respect for the bird and leave it alone. Sounds like you are getting the worst end of the stick with the 2 of them.
