I saw her when she was at our home, tonight, to do Ruby's hair. Two younger women attacked her at the same time, but G is strong and fights hard. She happily reports that she got the best of them.

I feel worse about it than she does. When you make an enemy, there are so many ways they can get at you.:(

Sorry to hear that, Scholar. How is she? And how is Ruby?

Georgetta was attacked this evening, and it must have been just after a telephone conversation with Ruby. G lives in a subsidized public housing apartment. Ruby put her phone on the charger just after the conversation, and she turns her phone off for it to charge faster, so she didn't get G's texts until about an hour had passed.

Ruby and G's daughter Raychel, who is living with us just left to do what they can to help. Ruby asked me to stay home; it is close to my bed time, and I have a long day at work tomorrow, 5 to 5:30.

G's situation is complicated. She is bi-polar, but I don't think she is getting medicine for it. She tends to get into angry arguments with people.

[But she gets along well with me, perhaps because I am compassionate.]

Those so inclined are invited to pray for her.
