You could even take a video from far away at a beach, with zoom.
Much clearer, and better light.

Yeah, just about any bookstore up here in Northern Wisconsin has sections of the magazines where there are all KINDS of magazines full of nekkid ladies.

My son-in-law was becoming quite paranoid on his wedding day. My daughter's brothers were all making threatening sounds, and then I get up and mention that I own a chainsaw and have access to a chipper........

He is a great son-in-law, and is good friends with all of my sons.

Yes, upskirting might well be replaced with downthroating if anyone tries it on any of my granddaughters, daughters-in-law, or daughter. FWIW daughter is redhead, so she is probably more to be feared than her brothers.

Someone upskirts either my daughter or one of my step-daughters and I'll downfist their throat.

I'd suggest that the law has just failed to keep abreast of the technology in this area. I'm sure that, given the publicity et al. there will be some mileage to be had by some pollies by introducing legislation and debating the merits of it instead of just enacting the legislation.

I wonder if he had the camera placed somewhere that people stood over or if he was using it under a trolley or something.

How the heck does anyone 'surreptitiously' put a cellphone up someone's skirt?

Anyone standing that close to me would be asked to move - and would be in big trouble if they did not!

It was the fact he'd done it several times that got me. Perv.

If it's on display, it's there to be looked at.

If it ain't, it ain't.

It would seem that loopholes such as thing must needs be closed. Strange how the wheel has turned, only 40 or so yeas ago, it would have been impossible not to view upskirt given the length of the some of the skirts back then......

ATLANTA - A man admitted he surreptitiously took cellphone video up a woman's skirt while she shopped at a grocery store, but a Georgia court said he didn't break the law.

A divided Georgia Court of Appeals this month tossed out the conviction of former grocery store employee Brandon Lee Gary, who recorded videos up a woman's skirt - known as "upskirting" - while she shopped. The 6-3 majority opinion said Gary's behavior, while reprehensible, doesn't violate the state's invasion of privacy law, under which he was prosecuted.

In a ruling issued July 15, Judge Elizabeth Branch said it is "regrettable that no law currently exists which criminalizes Gary's reprehensible conduct."
