Thanks O'Bear, don't take any risks though , you're not the media. Now if it were Redwolf, then I'd expect him to take the photos from halfway down falls as he goes over in the barrel! nanananananananawaveysmiley

River Avon and the brook was high after the rain Sunday so there is a good chance if we get the rain they are predicting for tonight and tomorrow it might get to the top. It will have to rise about 50' to reach my house though. kewl_glasses

It's all part of the Global Warming effect :(

Floods, Floods, Floods and more Floods to those who are unfortunate enough to live in those sorts of areas that are prone to that sort of thing..

Luckily not in my area - yet shocked_yellow

Good luck thoughts to anyone involved!

One off shoot of the heavy rain is the dramatic views that all the rain causes as it swells the beautiful waterfalls in North Wales.
Pistyll Llanrhaedr, (Google) in the Berwen Mountains drops 240ft down a narrow gorge and then again through a rock arch cut out of the solid rock over thousands of years. If the sun is out there will be a permenant Rainbow across the falls.

Torrent Walks is another, being a series of waterfalls as the River Clwedog drops 1200 ft in a short distance through wooded glades.

Best Regards. The Bear

Indeed, but thank goodness it was less than originally anticipated.
