This FAQ will explain how to log onto your Tiscali webspace to upload from an FTP client.

TISCALI CUSTOMERS
FTP server: ftp.myweb.tiscali.co.uk
Login: username@tiscali.co.uk
Webspace address: http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/username

LINEONE CUSTOMERS
FTP server: ftp.myweb.tiscali.co.uk OR ftp.website.lineone.net
Login: username@lineone.net
Webspace address: http://website.lineone.net/~username

WORLDONLINE CUSTOMERS
FTP server: ftp.myweb.tiscali.co.uk
Login: username@worldonline.co.uk
Where 'username' is your Worldonline username from your email address.
Webspace address: http://www.username.worldonline.co.uk

TINYONLINE/TINYWORLD CUSTOMERS
FTP server: ftp.myweb.tiscali.co.uk
Login: username@tinyonline/tinyworld.co.uk
Where 'username' is your Tinyonline/Tinyworld username from your email address.
Webspace address: http://users.tinyworld.co.uk/username OR
http://users.tinyonline.co.uk (depending on your email address)

SCREAMINGNET CUSTOMERS
FTP server: ftp.myweb.tiscali.co.uk
Login: username@screaming.net
Where 'username' is your ScreamingNet username from your email address.
Webspace address: http://www.username.screaming.net

GATEWAY CUSTOMERS
FTP server ftp.myweb.tiscali.co.uk
Login: username@ukgateway.net
Webspace address http://www.sitename.ukgateway.net

Best way is to use a FTP program such as LeechFTP available free from Frogman Here

Also you could use the other one recommended by both myself and Tiscali now of Windows Commander and they have included helpful page with instructions and a link to download it too. Here

You can also use Internet Explorer and full details and step by step instructions are included in another faq I have written Here

You could then either use notepad if you can write html or get a trial of DreamWeaver to use to edit any files then upload the changed ones. Here
