Logging on to Tiscali to use Webmail or the Forums

This post is designed to assist anyone having difficulties logging into the
Tiscali website,for example to use WEBMAIL ot the FORUMS.

First of all, before doing anything else, go to the following website:
http://www.tiscali.co.uk/login

This will give you a general login screen, with space for a username and
password. ( NB: This screen will appear EVEN IF YOU ARE ALREADY LOGGED IN,
so it is also a useful way to swap logins between accounts, as the 'logout'
link doesn't always work.)

What you then need to enter in the boxes depends on which former ISP you are
with:

***TISCALI CUSTOMERS***
IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ENDS IN '@tiscali.co.uk'.....
Enter the FULL email address as the username, and your normal password as
the password. Click 'login'. If your login was successful, you will be taken
to the main Tiscali site. You can then go to whichever part of the site you
need (email, forums or whatever) and your account details should already be
available to the system.

***FORMER WORLDONLINE CUSTOMERS***
IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ENDS IN '@username.worldonline.co.uk'.....
Enter the FULL email address as the username, and your normal password as
the password. Click 'login'. If your login was successful, you will be taken
to the main Tiscali site. You can then go to whichever part of the site you
need (email, forums or whatever) and your account details should already be
available to the system.

***FORMER SCREAMINGNET CUSTOMERS***
IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ENDS IN '@username.screaming.net'.....
Enter the FULL email address as the username, and your normal password as
the password. Click 'login'. If your login was successful, you will be taken
to the main Tiscali site. You can then go to whichever part of the site you
need (email, forums or whatever) and your account details should already be
available to the system.

***FORMER TINYONLINE CUSTOMERS***
IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ENDS IN '@tinyworld.co.uk'.....
Enter the FULL email address as the username, and your normal password as
the password. Click 'login'. If your login was successful, you will be taken
to the main Tiscali site. You can then go to whichever part of the site you
need (email, forums or whatever) and your account details should already be
available to the system.

***FORMER LINEONE CUSTOMERS***
IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ENDS IN '@lineone.net'.....
Enter ONLY the part BEFORE the '@' as the username, and your normal password
as the password. Click 'login'. If your login was successful, you will be
taken to the main Tiscali site. You can then go to whichever part of the
site you need (email, forums or whatever) and your account details should
already be available to the system.
